For questions about your vehicle, pickup arrangements or an existing reservation, contact the rental company through your booking.
Sign in to the account used for the reservation, open My Bookings and select your booking. Use Send Message to contact the rental company. Include the booking reference, rental dates and the question you need help with.
Open the vehicle page to review its specifications, available extras, insurance, deposit and pickup locations. The rental company panel includes a Message company action when messaging is available.
